About

I am a researcher in planetary science, living in Sagamihara, Japan. I have done both experimental and observational research on asteroids. I am interested in evolution in the Early Solar System in physical and compositional ways through minor bodies. Currently I am involved in the minor body exploration missions, Hayabusa2 by JAXA, OSIRIS-REx by NASA, Comet Interceptor by ESA and JAXA, Martial Moon eXplorer by JAXA.
I was located in Tenerife, Spain to conduct asteroid observations from the ground-based telescopes. I am especially interested in the reflectance spectroscopy of asteroids in near-ultraviolet region for searching life-forming materials among the Solar System.
